This course is a wonderful journey into the deeply transformative practices of ancient China. Together we'll explore these powerful practices to increase health, well being, energy, vitality, relaxation, and mind concentration; while reducing stress, tension, fatigue and burnout. Practices for energetic and spiritual cultivation are also explored.
This Level 1 Course is part of a 500 hour Medical Qigong Certification program at Five Branches University. Within these 32 hours, we will delve into the theories behind energetic cultivation and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), developing a personal practice for health, longevity, and self development. For everyone, this course will provide tools for dealing with low energy, brain fog, stress, the accumulation of negative emotions or other negative states, as well as increasing health, energy, rejuvenation, relaxation, and energetic perception. For anyone interested in energetic healing, this class will provide a solid foundation for understanding and more importantly, working with and feeling, the energy that sustains life and health.
